the night market project

living in a city like hong kong, there are so many things going on often times we miss out on something that's worth mentioning and experiencing. here are a bunch of activities that I find really interesting and I would love to share with all of my friends out there so you won't be missing out.

THE NIGHT MARKET PROJECT is a creative and experimental platform relating to Hong Kong's unique night market culture. starting at sham shui po night market, a group of hong kong creatives and students will exhibit a collection of objects of cultural interest, prototypes and old new design work. I feel like this is going to be an eye opening event to go to. where you will get to meet lots of different talented local artists and designers, to have a taste of their vibe and creative minds. I would definitely go visit if I don't have to host my friend's bachelorette party. if you are interested, please go and share with me your night visit. check out their facebook page for more information.

earth hour 2013

its not just the matter of hong kong but the world. I am sure a lot of you have heard about EARTH HOUR already but some of you may not know when exactly is that one hour going to be. last year during the lights off period in hong kong, 4.27% electricity consumption had been dropped, saving 146 tonnes of carbon dioxide which require 6348 trees to absorb. small action make great change. if you run a company or you are in a position where you boss would take your advice, please support.
